The YS-DI-(10-30)L/H Laboratory Ultra-Pure Water Equipment is a high-performance water purification system designed to deliver Type I laboratory-grade ultrapure water, meeting and exceeding the standards defined in GB/T6682-2008. Engineered for laboratories requiring consistent, contaminant-free water for analytical and research purposes, this unit ensures reliability, precision, and stability in water quality output.

This system integrates reverse osmosis (RO) and deionization (DI) technologies in a streamlined, single-stage process. The RO unit effectively removes dissolved ions, particulates, and organic impurities from municipal tap water, while the DI and polishing stages further purify the output to achieve an ultra-pure water resistivity of 18.25 MΩ·cm at 25°C. The final water meets Type I specifications, suitable for highly sensitive laboratory applications.

The YS-DI-(10-30)L/H delivers ultra-pure water with extremely low conductivity (<0–15 μS/cm) and TOC levels below 10 ppb. It provides bacterial removal efficiency of at least 99.6%, ensuring that the water is free from biological contaminants. The system maintains a microbial count below 1 CFU/mL and particle content of less than 1 particle per milliliter (≥0.1 μm), guaranteeing reliable and repeatable experimental conditions.

Designed for laboratories using standard municipal tap water, the system operates efficiently when supplied with water that meets GB5749-2022 standards for drinking water, with TDS<500 ppm, a pressure range of 2–5 kg/cm², and a temperature range of 5–45°C. The robust pre-treatment and RO membranes ensure durability and longevity even under variable feedwater conditions.

An integrated digital controller and resistivity display allow for real-time monitoring of water quality, operational status, and maintenance reminders. The interface is intuitive and accessible, simplifying system operation for laboratory personnel. The built-in alarms provide early detection of deviations in conductivity or resistivity, ensuring continuous compliance with laboratory standards.

The YS-DI series is ideally suited for a variety of laboratory and analytical environments, including:

  • Biochemical analysis: Compatible with fully automated biochemical analyzers requiring high-purity water.

  • Immunoassay and diagnostic testing: Provides reliable water for immunohistochemistry (IHC), immunofluorescence (IF), and ELISA procedures.

  • Microbiology and clinical diagnostics: Used for bacterial culture preparation, antibiotic susceptibility testing, and microbial detection.

  • Hematology and blood testing: Ensures precise results in CBC, coagulation, and blood typing analyses.

  • Urinalysis and molecular biology: Provides ultra-pure water for PCR, nucleic extraction, electrophoresis, and gene sequencing.

  • General laboratory use: Ideal for glassware cleaning, reagent preparation, and instrument cooling.

With a space-efficient design and minimal energy consumption, the YS-DI-(10-30)L/H is suitable for both small and medium-sized laboratories. The modular structure simplifies installation and maintenance while ensuring easy integration into existing lab infrastructure. The use of corrosion-resistant components guarantees operational stability and long service life.

Each unit is manufactured under strict quality control processes and undergoes comprehensive testing to ensure compliance with GB/T6682-2008 and GB5749-2022 standards. The system provides a dependable source of Type I ultrapure water, supporting accurate, reproducible, and contamination-free laboratory workflows.
